Södra is Sweden's largest association of forest owners and an international forest industry group, where operations are based on the processing of member forest raw materials.

 

Södra is a forest industry group. It processes forest products supplied to 52,000 owners into renewable, climate-intelligent products for international export.

 

In Södra's operations, the whole tree is used - even the branches and crowns of the trees. Forest products are processed into paper and pulp, lumber, cross-laminated wood and other processed products for housing construction, energy products and raw material for liquid biofuels are dissolved.

 

Södra is an export company with a strong financial position. Pulp production and sawmill production are among the largest in Europe and the products are sold mainly on international markets.
